Jenny is a widow and has retired as a dietitian. She formally served as the Food Service Director at Minneapolis Hospitals. In retirement, she has taken up painting as a hobby. Among her biggest achievements has been designing and making about 75 religious banners and alter cloths for the Indiana churches. If she could have a do-over it would be to not be so quiet and shy. Her great memories of school were traveling on the buses for the away games, being part of Marching Band and working as a crewmember on the many musicals. |
