Gregory was a maintenance man at Lake Dallas ISD, a US Navy Veteran serving his country from 1963-1969, a member of the VFW Legion Hall and the Catholic Church. He was wonderful father and grandfather and devoted and loving husband that will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Gregory is preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Brenda Salisbury of Springtown; children, Norma Jean Sobczak and husband Joseph Edward of Houston, Brenda Moorehead and husband Jack Baggerly of Poolville, Patrick Salisbury and Millie Jane Lawson and husband Robbie of Justin; mother Mildred Salisbury of Florida; grandchildren, Stephanie Bagwell and husband Matthew of Poolville, Justin Lawson of Justin, Brittany Salisbury of Ponder and Todd Lawson of Justin; one great grandchild, Kazli Bagwell; brothers, James Salisbury of Kissimmee, FL, Mark Salisbury and wife Nona of Buckeye, AZ, Steve Salisbury and wife Marybeth of Kissimmee, FL, Paulie Salisbury and wife Debbie of Kissimmee, FL and Joseph Salisbury and wife Kim of Houston. Funeral service: 1:00 PM, Friday, December 16, 2011 in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel with interment to follow in the Prairie Mound Cemetery in Denton County on FM RD 407 off I 35W North. Visitation; 5-9 PM, Thursday, December 15, 2011 at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society. |
