Graduated U of Minn Medical School 1971 with 8 other RHS classmates. Interned at Fresno, CA, Valley Medical Center, 2 years USPHS in rural Tennessee. Moved to Nevada City, CA 1974. Practice GP in Grass Valley 1974-2005. Retired and now part time Medical Director for IPA. 2 children. Wife Patricia died of ovarian CA June 2004. Remarried to Patsy, in 2005, but Patsy died of Lung cancer in 2012. My current partner is Ginger Konvalin, who is healthy and still has an active psychotherapy practice in Nevada City, CA. Enjoy photography, skiing, gardening, home projects, hiking, jogging, & traveling. |

My Mom (who turned 100 in 2014) and 3 siblings still live in Minnesota. Trips there have been focused on family. I enjoy my life in California up in the foothills in the forest in a small town where there are many excellent cultural opportunities and wonderful outdoor areas for fishing, hiking, and kayaking. We can "visit" the big cities or the mountains nearby. My children and grandchildren live in CA.
